With the Bellagio straight facing you the budget will determine your decision but don’t expect a 5 star experience. Location and hospitality areas are a spot on but that’s as good as it gets I’m afraid. Taps that drip, windows that are dirty and bedroom furniture that is desperate for renewal. The hotel is in dire need of a complete refurb and can be a 5 star if it has the appetite for investment.

Unfortunately Paris was a bit of a let down, the room was very dated, the carpet in the room was thread bare and stained. The cleaning was not great, tons of hairs still in the bath upon entering, the beds need changing, we didn't even have a duvet on one of the beds. This is the first hotel I have ever stayed at that didn't have a coffee machine, only 2 very poor pillows per queen. Even though we paid for 3 people in a room for 3 nights which cost a lot of money, you are only allowed 2 devices on WiFi. You have to pay for more even though we paid for 3 people to stay, that was bad. Everything else is chargeable, want a sun lounger in the shade, pay for it, I'm not joking, even the umbrella's were chargeable. Overall not the best stay and quite shocking when considering the price we paid. Will not be staying at Paris again

“Air conditioning issues and overcharging”

I honestly felt a bit like I was being price gouged. It’s one thing to charge a lot for the rooms but to charge $9 for water and $7 for MEDIOCRE coffee was ridiculous. Also, when my travel companions attempted to order a coffee and muffin from the in room dining she was charged $30. She screen shotted the payment details screen to prove no details were provided on what the extra $15 was. It would have been one thing if she was provided the subtotal BEFORE they charged her but the payment details of what was charged was provided until AFTER. Immediately we attempted to call room service and was transfer to a manager who advised they would check and call us back. They NEVER did. When the coffee and muffin arrived we complained to the delivery person who showed us their delivery receipt which showed the break down. We showed him her screenshot which did not have the additional fee. He said he would advise the manager. We never heard back. They are making a killing between the ridiculous food prices, prices for just water, what people are spending to gamble…it really feels price gouging. On top of that, the air conditioner was on the fritz…it worked but then stopped working in the middle of the night. We would wake up burning up hot or come back to a warm muggy room. That really is unacceptable for 112 degree temperatures and given we paid over a thousand dollars to stay here over the July 4th holiday. It was quite disappointing.
