This was a wonderful place to stay. We had a two bedroom suite for 4 of us, very close to the venue we were going to. It is off the strip, so quiet and beautiful property, yet close enough that we could walk to various spots. One of the many pools and hot tubs was located litterly right out our door, so very convenient. The suite was spacious with everything we needed to make it a home for a few days. Would definitely return to this location.

“Rough start, ended up fantastic!”

Check in was rough. The first person we had contact with was a bellman (I think) who was brisk in telling us to move elsewhere. Not real friendly. We then encountered the rudest greeting I’ve ever received at a property. Actually, there was no greeting, he just asked “Checking in?” And when we said yes, he replied with “Okay, come over here.” I called him on it, outright saying that was a terrible greeting…he claimed he was “warming up to it.” This guy ended up just telling us what building we were in, we had to go to another desk for the keys. I imagine this is part of the timeshare sales pitch, but I just said we were booked solid for our trip, and it wasn’t a fight. After that, things started looking up… I specifically wanted to come here to see the Sphere. The property did not disappoint! This review is based on our stay in Building 3. Other buildings may be different. We stayed in a one bedroom signature suite that featured a king bed, full kitchen and large shower (no tub). The patio was awesome as it had a direct view of the sphere and the weather was perfect. The kitchen was great. Filtered water and ice maker, all the basic necessities a kitchen should have. The bedroom closet was amazing. Very well thought out. I’m now thinking of a similar system in my closet at home. Each suite seems to have its own water heater. That being said, it has 15 minutes of hot water for a shower. We never got more than 15 min. If you have multiple people, plan accordingly. It’s a decent walk to the strip (up a slight incline). I would NOT recommend it in the summer months. There are three levels and no elevators. If stairs are an issue, let them know before check in. I saw bellmen, so you might be able to have them deal with luggage. Not sure. I did see small roaches in the dishwasher. I called the front desk (it was late at night) and pest control was at the door in the morning. We were not given a property map at check in. Ask for one! This is a huge property!! 5 pools and 4 hot tubs. There is a small store as well. I liked that we were close to our vehicle, unlike a large resort. We were driving an F250 and there were parking options to accommodate the large vehicle. We were doing a lot of driving to various places, so having the truck nearby was handy. Overall, we really liked this property and it was perfect for this trip.

“Avoid this place at all costs prior to and during Formula 1 race”

Every single day has gotten worse. More roads closed. Getting stopped multiple times coming back to resort. Our 5 minute drive turned into 25 minutes each day. Road blocked to the monorail so we had to rent a car. Now 2/3 of the parking lot is fenced off and there are people in our parking lot part… more

Every single day has gotten worse. More roads closed. Getting stopped multiple times coming back to resort. Our 5 minute drive turned into 25 minutes each day. Road blocked to the monorail so we had to rent a car. Now 2/3 of the parking lot is fenced off and there are people in our parking lot partying who probably aren't even staying here. The resort itself is lovely. Great rooms, pool, hot tub. Great views of the Sphere from building 15 room 204. Perfectly located just far enough away from the strip but very close to the monorail (if the city hasn't built a racetrack in your way). We've been told that all these closures start about 6 weeks prior to the event so don't book here during October of November of the next 8 years (apparently 10 year contract) unless you're actually here for the race. Don't hold your convention here either. So many people from our convention are telling the organizers to move to another city. Guess why... Because the other half of the racetrack is on the strip. You can't walk half the strip, you can't see the Belagio fountains. Half the stuff you want to do in Vegas is either blocked or super difficult to get to.
