We went there for a timeshare presentation. Three free nights plus a $200 voucher to stay at any Hilton in the u.s. the property was beautiful and very comfortable. The presentation that we were required to go to was absolutely fine. Two hours start to finish and no hard sell. I was nervous after reading other reviews but I don't know what others experienced . We flew in for this and made it a week vacation for us. Traveled around and enjoyed vegas. But we loved our three night stay at the Hilton. We had a one bedroom efficiency and were very comfortable there. Beautiful property. Presentation no problem at all. People were nice and we were out in two hours. Didn't buy a timeshare either. I could have stayed the whole week if possible. Thanks again Hilton. You didn't dissapoint..

“Brad and Melissa wedding”

This is a great hotel to stay in. Fabulous room with a great shower deep tub and kitchen. It’s located near several things like Circus Circus ant the Sahara. But has really no sit down restaurant. No heated pool or hot tub. No casino either. Casinos are walking distance.

“Resort fees too much”

The resort fees and parking for 7 nights add up to an extra $350 on top of the exchange fee. Too much. Nice hotel and pool area and location is pretty good. Las Vegas has become very nickel and dime ya to death. Most casinos want to charge you to park. Ridiculous.

Quite the experience! Booked this as a promotion through Hilton Grand Vacations Club, so we agreed to go to a sales presentation for a discounted rate. Things already got off to a shady start when there seemed to be a discrepancy in the amount of points promised to me for booking the trip before the end of the year. I was promised one thing at the time of purchase, but then after making the reservation, I was told another. I spent a large amount of time on the phone with customer service trying to get this sorted before my trip because I'm personally not interested in doing business with a company that lies to their customers. I was told they would check the phone call recording to verify this information and get back to me in a few business days. I was happy to hear that because I was absolutely positive the salesperson promised me more points and they would hear that on the recording. Well, they never called me back. So, I went on this trip not having a lot of trust in the experience. Upon arrival, there was a huge line for check-in. With only two employees working the front desk, there were two other employees with clipboards managing the check-in line. They would verify guests names on their clipboard and direct them to the line. Everyone around me checked in with one of these employees and were told something along the lines of, "After you check in here, go over to this desk where we have a welcome gift waiting for you." I seemed to be the only one without a welcome gift and I had no idea why, but it sure made me feel very unwelcomed. After checking in and making our way up to our room, we were disappointed to find a dirty bathroom with hair clumped in the corners, a dead bug, and a tub that didn't properly drain so you had to stand ankle-deep in water while showering. We did receive a text message asking about our room and I did let them know about the tub which they came to fix later that evening. We specifically chose this property to charge our electric car, but for the first two days we were unable to charge the car at all because all of the EV charging spots were being hogged by employees of the hotel who would leave their car parked and charging for 7-9 hours at a time even though there is signage saying its only for hotel guests and it has a 4 hour charging limit. We contacted the hotel on multiple occasions to try and resolve this but never got a resolution. Again we were told something along the lines of, "Sorry, we'll look into that and get back to you" but never heard back. I had a friend who was joining me for the trip and staying in a different room. She booked online without the promotion. When we go to check her in - surprise, surpise - she is told about a welcome gift. She checks in, goes to receive her welcome gift and it's an opportunity to go to the sales presentation in return for a free trip at another property, take x amount of hilton honor points and/or about $150 cash. She paid about $100 more than me for her same reservation. When we go up to her room we find that she gets this HUGE suite, with a full kitchen, living room with a pull-out couch, dining room, washer and dryer, separate bedroom with a jacuzzi tub, big bathroom with a shower and double vanity. It was crazy how much bigger and better her room was. We laughed and joked about switching rooms because I was there for my birthday and staying with my partner in a room that was wayyyy smaller in size and she was in this huge suite all by herself. We all could have stayed in her room since it slept 4, easy. I couldn't help but feel very bamboozled. We then had to sit through a sales presentation that we obviously already knew we weren't interested in moving forward with given our experience. We politely declined and declined and declined and they persistently pushed and pushed and pushed. Every time we thought it was finally over, a new, better offer would appear. Eventually we escaped and were able to go enjoy our trip. But even after the presentation, they make you check-out at this desk and they verify your points or reward for attending. Personally, they should make this a more private experience because once again, I'm surrounded by people who for some reason are getting WAY better rewards than I am. Thousands of more points, free stays, money etc. It was seriously all over the place with all different amounts - none of which seemed fair.
