The check in process worked well once I found a self check in kiosk that worked. The room was fine, although housekeeping service was poor to non-existent. I loved the location but was not happy about paying a $44.95 daily amenity fee for amenities that were closed. The gym, hot tub and steam room, which I would have thought were included as an amenity, cost an extra $30 to use. The room was clean, beds very comfortable, and hotel quiet once away from the casino. I wouldn't rule out Harrah's for another stay but feel like they need to pay attention to the details. Oh yeah, and Vegas needs to do something about the smoke smell that permeates every building in the city.

We stayed at Harrah’s Las Vegas during a busy concert weekend and unfortunately encountered significant issues with our reservation. We had booked a Mountain Tower 1 King Strip View room but were instead assigned a Valley Tower 2 Queen without a strip view through the self check-in process. While the self check-in was quick and easy, the incorrect room assignment required us to return to the front desk. The initial response from staff was dismissive—they claimed there were no King rooms left and attempted to sell the Valley Tower as an "upgrade," despite the obvious downgrade in view. Only after insisting to speak with a manager were we moved to a 1 King room in the Valley Tower, though the strip view was still very limited with the Mountain Tower blocking most of the view. This unnecessary hassle left a bad impression, as we should have been given the room we booked from the start. As for the room itself, it was clean and the bed was comfortable, but the space felt a bit worn. The bedside outlets are poorly placed and difficult to use, and while the shower looked modern, the water pressure was disappointingly weak. The hotel overall is in a good location and offers decent value for the price, but it lacks any distinctive style or theme, making it a forgettable option compared to other properties on the strip. This experience, combined with the check-in issues, means we likely won’t choose Harrah’s for future stays.

This was our first time staying here. The location was good. The room was clean I was just a little disappointed with the bathroom. We had no hand soap and one roll of TP and the shower didn’t have a door it was a half glass and after every shower the floor was very wet we had to use the towels they had given us for our bodies we had to use to dry the floor. Needless to say we did have to ask for more towels to shower and dry ourselves. They were very fast getting those to us. The closet was right next to the shower so we didn’t use it to hang clothes had to use it to hang up all the wet towels. I get that it’s an older hotel. Just wasn’t up to my standards. Most likely we won’t stay there again.
