“The friendliness staff in all of LV”
Although I didn’t stay the the property, the staff called me regarding a back pack that was found on their facility. My team and I were victims of a smash and grab on the last day of SEMA. “Marjorie is the epitome of Customer Service!!”
We travel a lot with our son’s hockey team and this has been the best hotel experience by far!! Check in was quick and easy, rooms were squeaky clean, and service was phenomenal. “A great stay”
The hotel is great, and in a great location. Outside of some construction out front, I have no complaints. Bridgette was fantastic, and a joy to spend time with in the evenings at the hotel bar. The beds are comfy, and the temperature control in the room is easy to manage.

“Arrived tired and grouchy and left happy and rested”
Ended up here after United cancelled our flight and couldn’t fly us out for 36 hours. “Not in sync with business travelers”
Breakfast at this property on weekdays didn’t start until 6:30 AM Pacific Time. When you’re a business traveler coming from the east coast, that doesn’t fly very well.
