Four Seasons is an experience. From the valet we were escorted to the check-in desk and our bags were whisked away. We arrived at our room to find all our bags had already been delivery and were organized. On the table there were delicious pears, a glass bottle of water, and a note welcoming us. The experience I enjoy telling people the most is the first time we left our room and when we returned all charging cables, bags, make-up, etc. had been neatly organized, some even on Four Seasons mats. It was so cool! The beds at the Four Seasons will melt all your problems away. They are super comfy and I seriously feel like I just melt into their beds. All the amenities at the resort are amazing and never disappoint. We typically plan a day filled will a trip to the spa followed up with lounging at the private pool. The Four Seasons upholds is standard of quality throughout the resort, but what really sets them apart is the sensational service!

The Four Seasons really does deserve its reputation. From the moment I made reservations staff began reaching out to confirm my preferences for room, arrival and departure, as well as any services I wanted available on arrival. We had meal reservations and pool cabana reserved before even arriving. The food at the Veranda restaurant was outstanding as was the service. Staff were genuinely friendly and happy at the Four Seasons, a welcome change from other hotels were I sometimes feel like I’m bothering the staff. Our room was spotless and well appointed. Housekeeping kept it looking that way throughout our stay. Overall we were very happy and will return.

Service is the best you’ll find in VEGAS. At any of the other “luxury “ properties service is saved for the high rollers. Service is the best you’ll find in VEGAS. At any of the other “luxury “ properties service is saved for the high rollers. I’m not a high roller and prefer the quiet check in and environment of this well known brand. They have wonderful employees who are trained accordingly. It feels like a smaller hotel; requests aren’t an issue and there aren’t layers of departments to wade through if you happen to need a tea mug or a specific detail to make your stay nicer. On calling the front desk to inquire about streaming services I was told that they could install an Apple device on the TV for access. It wasn’t 15 minutes later that a technician came to my room to assist. I’ve had great massage therapists in the spa - up there with all time “bests”. And I’ve had a lot of treatments at a lot of 5 star properties. I travel California to Utah frequently and stopping there just for a break in the drive feels like an oasis.

What an oasis in the middle of Las Vegas! Finally, we have found a hotel where the lobby doesn't smell like cigarette smoke. The Four Seasons provides a uniquely calm experience that is in the middle of Las Vegas but worlds away from the craziness of the casinos. We only had one night stay, but I was tempted to stay longer. The reception was wonderful - efficient and very respectful. The rooms were spacious, extremely clean and perfect for a good night's sleep. The restaurant had really, really good food without the hype. We had dinner and breakfast there. Our dinner waiter recommended a wonderful (and not of the top) pinot noir that I am anxious to add to our wine collection. The breakfast staff were all attentive without making us feel rushed. My husband used the pool and enjoyed the dip ... though it was, likely necessary, heavily chlorinated. The valet service was excellent. I look forward to using this hotel again.
