“Caesars Charter trip”
Just returned from a 4 night stay @ Harrahs for a charter trip Caesars Air. My room was large and clean, had a little coffee maker, quiet. “Rooms fine, Casino needs work”
Room: bed and pillows comfortable. Room appears partially renovated and is spacious. AC fan didn’t work and “IVY” the online concierge didnt work. We requested extra pillows, were told they’d be right on it and of course , they never came. Casino: have never seen as many keys stick on machines... more

Needs updating desperately. Two bathrooms are a great concept but they are also in desperate need of renovation. We stayed 5 nites with no housekeeping (not our choice). We did catch housekeeping when we needed clean towels or giving our trash to them and they were very accomodating. Didn't ... more
