“Fantastic Service”
This hotel had great amenities and a nice staff. Andrea was the best housekeeper EVER! She was super friendly and made us feel at home. The beach was beautiful, the pool and hot tub were well-kept, and the surrounding shops and restaurants made it a perfect place to stay.

You can't beat the view or access to the beach and tidal pools, 100 out of 10! Clean accommodations. You can't beat the view or access to the beach and tidal pools, 100 out of 10! Clean accommodations. Valet parking only and the staff is amazing, very attentive and super friendly, all were willing to help with any questions or recommendations for things to do around the area. If you have any issues, like I did with the room heater, they will make it right ASAP, they brought me a space heater which worked perfectly! The beach is literally 12 steps away and at night fell asleep to the sounds of the waves crashing on the beach! Seriously can't be beat, book now and I promise you won't be disappointed! Reef room 120!

“Shawn excellent guest care”
I stayed for a bereavement trip. Shawn at the front desk was extremely kind and very accommodating of my grief & made me feel very welcome. It is the extra kindness and care that Shawn showed to me that will make me a loyal repeat guest. Thank you Shawn!

Though the bedding has been upgraded since the last time we were there a couple years ago. The room in general hasn't changed.
