“Pleasant experience - safety”
We had a very pleasant experience, the front desk staff were very friendly and helpful, we found the room very clean. What we liked most is the fact that it is in a safe area and one feels safe inside the hotel. Overall we were very pleased and will be back soon. Thank you.

“Guests with pets have more rights than other guests.”
We made a reservation online and asked to stay on the top floor so that we would not be near pets as this is a pet-friendly hotel. We like to stay at La Quinta’s as they are usually quiet and the beds are comfortable. They did comply and put us on the top floor, however there was a family on that… more

“Basic”
Mostly clean but not great. Room was as expected. Fridge, AC & microwave worked well. Pool was freezing. Good location in St Augustine. It served it’s purpose but I wouldn’t want to stay for more than a night or 2.
