Friendly and welcoming with an excellent staff. We had an unexpected stay here when our car broke down just outside of town. Denise, at the front desk, couldn’t have been more helpful or friendly. She really took care of us and even got us in a room well ahead of their 3 pm check-in. Every single staff encounter was excellent. Comfortable and clean rooms!

This was the perfect place to spend two nights in Kingman. Upon checking in, we were graciously welcomed by Becki who was both friendly and professional. The excellent customer service continued while we were checked in by the amiable Carressa. All staff understand and practice excellent customer service, especially to their diamond customers thank you Becki and Carressa! The property is under renovation, so expect an even better review when completed. In addition to outstanding customer service this Hilton property has everything that you would expect from the brand. Clean and moderately priced. Oh, I must mention the friendly lady at breakfast. Wow, was she efficient Again thank you m, great work. The outdoor dog run was greatly appreciated. Our pups were able to exercise twice a day, which allowed them to be calm and exhausted at the end of the day so slept soundly. A shout out to Housekeeping the property is clean. You would not know that pets were allowed.

“Hotel staff is first rate! Renovations are not…”

The hotel staff was super! From the front desk to the breakfast attendant, even the construction workers were nice. One of the two elevators was not working but the delays were minimal. We stayed on the 4th floor in one of the renovated rooms. The bathroom was nice except the shower head was so high up, I couldn’t reach it to adjust it and I am not short. The new shower glass doors were rolling “barn door style” and were nice. The room was too dark. There are no lights mounted on the ceiling or wall (except in the entryway just inside the door and in the bathroom), but even with these on, it was not bright enough for the bed area). The king bed had a wall-mounted bedside “shelf” on each side, but only one side had a bedside light. The other side shelf had no light but did have an old-looking phone. A person on that side of the bed would not be able to read because it was so dark (even with all the other lights turned on). There was a floor lamp next to a chair in the corner, but again, not enough light. No clock/alarm clock. The “door” to the mini refrigerator section would not completely close as it seems the mini-fridge is a bit too big for that unit. The mini-fridge door did close completely and kept my water and soft drinks cold. Heard traffic a couple of times at night and once in the early morning but was quiet at all other times. Breakfast was very good with many selections. The breakfast attendant was excellent. Overall, the place is clean and quiet and the staff shines! The “renovations” were a disappointment.
