“Nicely Renovated Property”
Located in proximity to Route 40, this is a very nice, newly renovated property. Room was clean and the bed was comfortable. “Excellent Except: You will hear your neighbor and you will be heard, on both sides, and in the room above, or below you.”
Great price...$75/TOTAL 1 person Sunday. Clean , FAST internet. Lots of parking for me (Large pickup) Queen bed, firm, but nice foam layer, strong A/C and heater for fall weather. Very nice check-in experience. And here goes the strangest thing ever: The room walls are paper thin. … more

“Clean, affordable pets allowed”
Recently renovated so rooms are clean. Pets allowed, but no designated pet area. Mostly asphalt unless you go behind building which feels a bit sketch. Bed was comfortable but one was squeaky. That said it's one of the more affordable places in Kingman so I would stay again.

“Pleasantly surprised”
I was pleasantly surprised by thie place. It is very basic, but had everything needed for a quick overnight stay on our road trip. It was clean and recently remodeled. I will absolutely stay again. The price was very reasonable for our 11 hour stay.
