“Great location, but you get what you pay for”
I was skeptical after reading a few of the bad reviews on a few websites but I will give you an honest, unbias answer. This hotel is a small boutique style hotel. “Vacay”
Very clean. Some issues though. First room we were given did not have air conditioning. Called front desk and they moved us. The next room didn't have a working phone. Very clean rooms though and a good continental breakfast.

Great location on Collins Avenue a few minutes walk from the beach and Ocean Drive and 20 minutes to Lincoln Road Mall by foot.
