“Best customer Service”
The front desk was amazing , very helpful. Also the hotel is well located at walking distance to the beach, Lincond road and 20 min to Miami international airport. I loved the fact that I did not need to rent a car.

“Good location mediocre hotel ”
Great location near beach. We were there Super Bowl weekend when all hotel rates tripled and most were full. Hotel needs work. Daytime staff was generally very good, but evening not so much. Room was dingy but reasonably clean. Needed updating.

I actually didn’t expect much from this hotel because before I booked I read some reviews and yeah weren’t so good reviews but I booked it anyway. I actually didn’t expect much from this hotel because before I booked I read some reviews and yeah weren’t so good reviews but I booked it anyway. I just needed a room to sleep over before flying back home. What I expericed was ok, but I think they need to change some of the facilities inside the room that are already not in a good shape. Aside from that I heard a noice that I dont know where it came from and it was annoying because I could’nt sleep. The good thing about this hotel was that it was so located so close to the beach. If you really just want to be on the beach i think it’s fine. Just don’t forget to buy your own breakfast😁
