“Great location, hospitality, gorgeous pool &beach area”
From Check in to check out, the staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. Room was spacious with a comfortable king size bed. The facilities are beautiful including the pool area, lobby bar, and beach/lounge chairs on the sand. Location is prime within walking distance to all of the hot spots in… more
From Check in to check out, the staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. Room was spacious with a comfortable king size bed. The facilities are beautiful including the pool area, lobby bar, and beach/lounge chairs on the sand. Location is prime within walking distance to all of the hot spots in Miami Beach. Special shoutout to Isaac at the beach area who went above and beyond exceeding expectations. One of the best and a true star. Mae was super sweet and took care of me by the pool. This is my go-to spot in Miami Beach and thank you again for your hospitality.

“Awesome staff, great pool and beach, walkable area, fun!”

We planned this trip to South Beach kind of on a whim and weren’t sure what to expect. We had a wonderful time! The weather could not have been better, the room had everything we needed plus a gorgeous view. The staff made us feel welcome and comfortable…Alexis was great answering any questions we had and gave us great suggestions including dinner at the Orange Blossom (so good!) Isaac and Michael took great care of us on the beach, as well as our beach waiter Amarrya (sp? I had a mojito) SO kind and efficient!! I’ve worked as a customer service trainer and I can’t emphasize enough how lovely all of the staff is! There was construction going on next door, but the spa music helped disguise the sound, and inside the room was nice and quiet. We enjoyed the rooftop and the pool - the food and the cocktails were great! We hope to come back - thanks Nautilus Sonesta!!

“Beautiful resort”
Nautilus is a wonderful family resort. A very beautiful setting. Extremely friendly staff, especially at the pool and oceanfront. Kid friendly. Comfortable rooms. Perfect resort for couples or families. Great for weddings or just a relaxing weekend. Recommended highly!!
