“Worth it”
Great Space, beautiful architecture, great customer service. The valet Fabian was excellent with recommendations and friendly conversation. The sip sip bar and poolside lounge is cool and festive for the new year occasion. Will definitely add this to the rotation of must stay places while in Miami.

“NYE stay and party event included did not disappoint”
The valet guy, Fabian was very nice, super helpful and helped out with our luggage’s which is very much appreciated. He also gave personal recommendations for additional places to go to in the area. The hotel is beautiful and wished we had more time to enjoy all of the amenities included.

“Good hotel”
Came for NYE night. Everything was great except the elevator experience. There are no stairs. Our room smelled, so we asked to switch and they were very accomodating and upgraded our room. However, the bathtub did not allow us to fill the tub with water. Also, Fabian at valet is fantastic!
