“Amazing service”
Juan Hernandez amazing customer service. Helped us with the room and times for breakfast. Will stay here again love it. I had a ruff day at work he came through and helped me out. Love hotels like this. Wish all hotels were like this in the future 10 out of 10 🔥🔥🔥

Pro's: Great location close to everything you could ever need Cosmetically nicely updated Most comfortable hotel bed I've slept on in years Good staff Very clean and well kept Con's: AC not updated and barely adequate Windows were not updated and had moisture between panes preventing any view outside our room One, very slow and busy elevator. We took the stairs (5th floor) Overall, I would absolutely stay here again as long as prices remain similar

“2 weeks stay at LaQuinta Doral amazing, comfortable and at home feeling. Highly recommended place, it is my second time.”
Great staff, friendly and professional, specifically Jennifer and Shirley. Amazing location, equidistant from all prime locations in Miami. Big rooms, very comfortable beds.dining room and Gym refurbished with a modern look. Highly recommended.

“Not the best, not the worst”
Not the best but not the worst hotel stay. You absolutely get what you pay for. The pros - the location is nice. It’s a walkable area to different restaurants so you don’t need an uber or Lyft. Not the best but not the worst hotel stay. You absolutely get what you pay for. The pros - the location is nice. It’s a walkable area to different restaurants so you don’t need an uber or Lyft. And it’s not far from the Miami cruise port. Maybe like a 20-30min drive. I like that there were no carpets and the bathrooms / showers were nice and updated. Now for the cons - the room was warm/hot despite lowering the temperature (slept with less clothes on). Hair found in towels (ask for fresh towels). No hand soap in the bathroom (thankfully I had brought my own for my upcoming cruise). The TV volume was turned all the way up to 100 and you still couldn’t hear (I prefer to read vs. watch tv so this wasn’t a huge issue). Some channels had no sound at all. front desk staff didn’t know how to work the printer, had to figure that out on our own (but we got out papers printed). Hotel offers all day coffee but cups without lids making it hard “to go.” Breakfast just wasn’t good. Had a sour hard boiled egg. Breakfast attendant had an attitude when asking to refill stuff. They do offer a shuttle to the Miami Cruise Port, however, it’s very confusing to book. But we worked through it. They told us to be in the lobby by 11:30am for 11:45am pick up. The shuttle didn’t arrive until 12:15pm. And then there were too many people waiting, so the shuttle driver had to take one group of people and then come back for the rest of us. We ended up getting our deposit back and taking an uber. For the price point, I WOULD book again, just go in with no expectations. Lay your head down to rest and leave the next morning. Skip breakfast, bring hand soap and book an uber to the cruise port.
