“Honest review”
I was surprised with a birthday trip to Miami. I didn’t learn of the hotel until we pulled up to the waterfront entrance. Valet was friendly. Front desk staff and housekeeping were both efficient. I was surprised with a birthday trip to Miami. I didn’t learn of the hotel until we pulled up to the waterfront entrance. Valet was friendly. Front desk staff and housekeeping were both efficient. Staff decorated the room per my husband’s request. We had a suite on the 26th floor and it was breathtaking overlooking the bay. The pool was tranquil yet fun. There was a DJ there Friday and Saturday and she did awesome. Pool staff were cool and the fish tacos were outstanding poolside.

“Definitely had a good tome nice and relaxing experience”
Amazing stay great views great service. Top of the line highly recommend. Eduardo the bellman was incredible and made me feel at home while being away. The food from area 31 was also very great as well. The fitness center was awesome as well great equipment and great accommodations. Will be back

“Kimpton Epic Biscayne”
This is the only hotel we stay at in Miami. Every experience has been phenomenal. Eduardo (The Bellman), is by far the “greatest” person. He’s extremely friendly and always takes great care of us. The rooms are always clean with balcony views overlooking Brickell and Biscayne Bay.

“Great valet service”
Thank you Jean Baptiste! Great valet service and nice smiles. Great staff inside, doors are always open for you. Lots of things to do here,spa is nice, they have a salt chamber, sauna, staff is very polite. The food has some good options and nice views

“It’s about a three out of five”
The rooms are pretty small. I did love the views. The location is good. However, we faced the pool and oh my God it’s so loud. It goes on till about 11 PM. The rooms are pretty small. I did love the views. The location is good. However, we faced the pool and oh my God it’s so loud. It goes on till about 11 PM. If I had known that, I probably would’ve stayed somewhere else. The pool was nice. The service at the restaurants were good. Room service came so late around 4 PM. Some people come to Miami to work. I have stayed at numerous places, but I never heard the DJ that loud before. It’s annoying when you’re trying to go to bed.
