I am a return guest and will continue to be a guest at this lovely hotel. Quaint, quiet, safe, clean, reasonably priced. From management to staff, it is clear they care only about their guest’s well-being. They are very accommodating to your needs and just want guest to be happy. They will work to meet your standards. The Tavern restaurant is amazing and manager Ivan, bartender Johnny and our server Ana always aim to please, making guest feel special. Hotel manager Carlos and staff Luis and Omar are exceptional. We cannot wait to boom again with Hotel Croydon. Definitely recommend.

“A real pleasure”

The team couldn’t have been friendlier or accommodating. Always asking how my day is going and remembering the previous conversations. A complimentary late check out and luggage strange gave me the opportunity to explore Miami on my last day. thank you! Such a close distance to the beach too.

Location is in a quiet neighbourhood near the South Beach, walking distance to the mid-beach. We reached around 9 pm and by 10 pm all restaurants/shops around were closed, that was a bummer. Location is in a quiet neighbourhood near the South Beach, walking distance to the mid-beach. We reached around 9 pm and by 10 pm all restaurants/shops around were closed, that was a bummer. As parking is really expensive, the hotel gives u directions for a parking lot 2 blocks away which charges $8 overnight parking. Overall, a pleasant stay, the onsite restaurant is good but the server we got hardly spoke any English, so it made it difficult to order and explain that one of us was vegetarian which meant no fish as well. The best part of the hotel is their terrace which has great views especially in the evenings, we got our own drinks and food and had it there, it was our own private dining experience with superb views, though it closes by 10-10.30

The hotel is just a few minutes walk from middle Beach, so it’s excellently located. Also under 5 minute Walk to the market, CVS and the bus stop for the free shuttle There’s happy hour from 5-6pm and that made me very happy. The best part is you don’t even have to sit in the bar…you can even enjoy your drink by the poolside Wasn’t impressed by the rooms or room service. We were there for 3 nights and 4 days. I mean I get the part of not changing sheets or towels and in fact, I hugely support it. But they didn’t even empty the bin for all the days that we were there. There’s no tea/coffee machine or kettle, so if you have a caffeine craving first thing in the morning, I suggest you carry your own. Luis at the front desk got me one, which was super sweet of him. He’s a complete rockstar. In fact, even omer at the front office was really nice. The staff on the whole, are pretty awesome.
