She made us feel so special and participated in the evening celebration for Maggie's birthday. Shelly has a very nice manner on the phone as well. Outstanding service by Diana the bartender at the pool area who helped us celebrate Maggie's Birthday in style in theBirthday. Great drinks and smiles Outstanding service by Ruddy at the bar and restaurant in the evening by special mimosas, Birthday cake for Maggie's Birthday and such a delicious dinner. Great smile and great service. Everyone else whose nanes I did not obtain also seemed eager to please us. This is appreciated. Thank you!

“Nice retreat in busy North Beach.”
People are very good here - the on site restaurant was excellent (and underused at dinnertime). Ruddy was absolutely the best in the dining room - we ate outside overlooking the beach and ocean. People are very good here - the on site restaurant was excellent (and underused at dinnertime). Ruddy was absolutely the best in the dining room - we ate outside overlooking the beach and ocean. Easy to get Lyft/Uber rides in about 5 minutes. There is a nice pool and beach chairs and towels are included for the long beach. There are many other restaurants within a short walk along the too-narrow sidewalks. Rosita was also exceptional in the bar and dining room.

Overall a great hotel. The room was clean and all areas were very spacious. I wish they provided more towels in the room. And the only other issue was the shower on has very hot water. Overall a great hotel. The room was clean and all areas were very spacious. I wish they provided more towels in the room. And the only other issue was the shower on has very hot water. There is someone at the desk 24/7 with warm cookies ready to eat! The bar/pool area is nice and well ran. We ordered lunch was really good. We appreciated that our reservation came with 2 reserved beach chairs. They also have nice guys that provided other beach needs.

We stayed here at this resort because it checked all our boxes. I noticed there had been an influx of negative reviews recently, so this alarmed me a little, but we decided to stay anyway. Check in was alright, we were not offered the double tree cookies we know and love, most of the staff we encountered at the front desk were not the nicest, but weren't rude. I also found that the daily resort charge doesn't get you much, I think the bottles of water are generally free anyway at most other Hilton properties, so it seemed a like absurd to marked that under the daily resort charge amenities. Hotel was very dated in the outdoor pool area, and both hot tubs were not hot. The entire hotel was struggling with ac issues as well. Anyway, enough with the negative, we had an ocean front suite, that had fantastic views, the beach front was great and beautiful. The restaurant had good food and great views. I honestly don't think we will be back, as for the cost, I would rather stay at one of the neighboring high class resort as this hotel is not cheap at all. But was not as bad as some of the reviews e it out to be
