My elderly father and I enjoyed staying here 3 nights midway through our 2-week touring holiday of Florida. We welcomed the opportunity to park the car securely so I could use the convenient public bus (albeit slow - the traffic was horrendous) to and from South Beach and downtown Miami. My dad enjoyed a day of rest in the hotel sitting at the rear entrance smoking his pipe and chatting to fellow guests, many of whom were British cruise passengers (the others seemed to be Central/South Americans). Our rooms were clean and comfortable and there was a microwave in the lobby. The receptionists were always helpful despite being busy but if you need a taxi be sure to ask for a regular streetcab as we were sent a limousine which was very overpriced. There was no food available at the hotel but we enjoyed a freshly-cooked hot breakfast at Love Brunch next door to the hotel and had dinner at restaurants on the same block. Overall the hotel was excellent value for Miami Beach and I would stay there again

The Wi-Fi is completely unreliable, only working on phones while laptops and the TV cannot connect. The Wi-Fi is completely unreliable, only working on phones while laptops and the TV cannot connect. When we brought this issue to the front desk, they suggested connecting to the Wi-Fi from a nearby pizza restaurant (pizza hut). This was not only unhelpful but also ineffective, as the connection still did not work. The TV is also unusable. It displays a message instructing guests to wait a few minutes before restarting or unplugging, but despite multiple attempts, it never connected. The shower floods the entire bathroom floor every time it is used, making it both inconvenient and unsafe. The safe and refrigerator are out of order, and there is no security chain on the front door, which raises concerns about safety. Additionally, the walls are so thin that we could hear neighbors using their showers and flushing toilets. To make matters worse, guests with heavy luggage are required to carry it up the stairs before reaching the elevator, making the stay even more inconvenient
