“My First Trip to ME.”
The room was perfect. Overlooking the boat/water area. Staff were friendly and helpful. All of the shops were in easy walking distance from the hotel. Cozy robes and huge shower. Continental breakfast was a great “plus”. Great place to stay in Kennebunkport.

“New England tour”
Really nice room (although it was the top suite). Very clean, spacious and great view. Parking reserved for hotel guests. Decent but simple breakfast and nice dinner in the restaurant. The town is full of decent shops and cafes and a pleasure to explore.

Reading reviews about the annex rooms where we were staying I was a bit concerned but needn't have worried the room was clean and big enough with a good view but you need to be able to carry cases up stairs.
