“Carlos, tequila connoisseur”
Carlos was the man!! The Mai Tai class was a truly special experience and then had a blast on the Welina Terrace learning about mezcals and tequila. Drinking and education, what more can you ask for. “Johnny has”
Johnny was the best bartender I’ve ever had. He was very attentive and helpful. Super knowledgeable about the craft. Johnny knew everything about the craft and immediately started making the necessary modifications and adjustments to the drink. 100-% would come back just for Johnny

“Mai Thai tasting”
We had so much fun at the Mai Thai making class with Johnny at 1 hotel! 10/10 experience!! Highly recommend to anyone visiting!! We’ll definitely be back next time we visit the hotel. He was very fun and made sure everyone was included and had a great time.

“TAKE the Mai Tai making class w/ Johnny”
Have been staying at the 1 Hotel which is nothing short of amazing. But had to specifically leave a review for our Mai Tai making class with Johnny. We left with SO much cool information and the most laughs we’ve had in a while. It was so much fun and such a comfortable experience. HIGHLY recommend.
