“Fantastic experience”
I’ve enjoyed my stay so incredibly much. Jason at the front desk was so kind, funny and helpful. And Diana went out of her way to shuttle us where we needed to go. Which was so nice that we didn’t have to walk in the rain. I’ll definitely be back it was a great stay

“Seth is a W Man”
Seth was very friendly and made sure we got to and from our restaurant safely and in a timely manner. The breakfast at the hotel was tasty and fresh and the same could be said about the food and drinks in the bar in the lobby, W experience, made my first trip to KC a good time!

“Great experience!”
The hotel was overall very great. We enjoyed the Happy Hour in the lobby bar. The breakfast buffet was a pleasant surprise - food was AMAZING. The courtesy shuttle provided was fantastic! Seth took such great care of us, it was a wonderful experience.

“Shuttle service was great”
I had the pleasure of dealing with Andrew and Seth at the hotel! They shuttled me down to the plaza so I could grab some dinner and then provided a ride back to the hotel once I was done! Both were very friendly and helpful. I will be seeking their assistance for the rest of my stay

“Seth is a great shuttle driver.”
The location was good. The bed was comfortable and the room was clean. We did however, get locked out of our room once, and we didn’t get a room refresh on our last full day. The best part was the complementary shuttle driven by Seth. He was very helpful and friendly. Thanks Seth.
