“Magical Holiday Stay!”
Attending a 2 1/2 day workshop, and every detail was completed with excellence!! I will always recommend this hotel, because it was like stepping into a magical time machine, but with all of the modern conveniences!! The Holiday decor only added to the ambience!

“Best December vacation”
Amazing beds amazing staff. Perfect location walkable Very happy I will return. Food is fantastic incredible variety. Second Sunday in December King St was blocked off and street festival for the afternoon until about 5pm. Very fun to walk around

“Great dining room staff”
Great hotel. Great location. Super friendly staff. The dining room, Swampfox was great. Host Emilio and servers Dorothy and Sylvie were super friendly and gave excellent service. The beds were comfy. All in all, I would return to this hotel.

“Thanksgiving Weekend in Charleston”
We had a wonderful Thanksgiving visit to Charleston and the Francis Marion Hotel. The hundred years hotel has terrific character and is close to all the venues on King Street. “Nice hotel but services lacking consistsncy”
Nice hotel and restaurant, but valet very slow and bell hops not showing up in any sort of timely manner (requiring us to lug our own bags). Cleaning service missed items and didn’t replace others. If those were remedied, I’d stay there again.
