“Excellent customer service”
Room was very clean. Excellent customer service and the breakfast was really good I rate this hotel 10 out of 10. Most definitely will stay again if there’s anyone that’s passing through Jackson, Tennessee Hampton Inn is the way to go. I promise you that.

“Glad I chose this one!”
The room was clean and smelled lovely, the breakfast was great (the potatoes especially were done very well!), and the staff was very personable and friendly (Especially Chris)! I’ve stayed in “fancier” hotels that weren’t nearly as nice.

“Good Stay if you are in the Area.”
A bit Dated but Very Nice Staff! Breakfast was very well done, neat clean, hot and well organized. All the staff was excellent. The woman at the desk gave us good suggestions for dinner and it worked out well. There are options nearby so you aren't back in the car for much more than a few minut… more

“Way overpriced!”
While it is a typical Hampton, i.e., clean and modern, this was really overpriced. As a comparison, I stayed at the Hampton Inn in Russellville, AR on my way home and it was less than half what the Jackson Hampton charged me! And Russellville had a better breakfast by far!
