Consuela and Ms. Barbra where phenomenal at my interaction at check in and as I came and went. Customer service is always my selling point when I travel. Super nice and the front desk agent Chyna was very helpful and friendly. I stay at hotels alot for work and sometimes it is a hassle but this was a welcomed change to my normal experience. “A pleasant enough stay”
This is a nice side-of-the-highway hotel. It is clean and quiet. The restaurant serves good food. There are spots in the property that could use a freshening-up, but everything is comfortable and safe. We would stay here again. The people that work in the restaurant are super friendly.

“Jackson tenn is where i rested”
Friendly service and nice atmosphere. assistance from Ebony at the front desk was outstanding and very welcoming. the mints in the lobby and the hotel cookies were also a nice treat.................................................

“Doing the best they can with an older property”
I think the team here are probably doing the best they can with an outdated/older property. The staff I interacted with were nice and the meeting facilities are nice (stayed as part of a small conference). Other than that, the property left a lot to be desired. There was a dead roach in the lobby… more
