“Unexpectedly Good”
We were not happy to stay here because we missed a connecting flight on American Airlines. And since American was paying for the lodging we feared the worst. We were not happy to stay here because we missed a connecting flight on American Airlines. And since American was paying for the lodging we feared the worst. At the end of the day, this property was clean, the staff was friendly and the transportation back to the airport the next morning was efficient. The rooms are definitely dated but they got the job done. The proximity to the airport was another plus.

“Perfect overnight hotel for a delayed flight. Clean and safe”
Clean remodeled perfect hotel for misconnected flights. Going Boston to San Diego and AA had a mechanical room was freshly painted. Bed was white clean and no bugs I checked Very good for a quick rest. Nice breakfast crew. All white linen. New shower two room suite type Would come back

“Distressed airline passenger stay”

The airport sent me to stay overnight at this hotel when I missed my connecting flight due to mechanical issues. The room I ended up staying the night in was excellent and newly renovated in separate building from main hotel. It appeared to be a section reserved for the contracted airline staff to stay. However as a distressed passenger I was originally given a room which was substandard in a totally different part of the hotel in desperate need of renovations. After several conversations regarding the heat not working I was finally moved to the much better room. This was not until the engineer and manager both came to the room and tried to set the thermostat but the heater continued to blow only cold air taking the temperature down several degrees instead of up. After 45 minutes they finally moved my room. I don’t know if I should be more upset with the hotel or American Airlines itself for the disparity in treatment of airline employees and distressed passengers but it is disappointing!
