We stayed one night to take the flight home from LAX. The hotel was only 1.4 miles from the airport car rental return center. We left the hotel at 8am and it took us less than 10 minutes to arrive at the parking lot of Budget. Our accessible room 201 was spacious, a big difference from the other hotel chains that we stayed for 6 nights. Everything was clean and in working order. Since we only stayed one night, we did not have the chance to use the fitness center. The breakfast offerings were very good with a lot of varieties. The attendants were working hard, keeping everything refilled and cleaned the table. This hotel is excellent for staying overnight to go to the airport. I would not recommend to stay longer since all attractions would take a long time to go there with LA horrible traffic. The parking garage were cramped with tiny parking space. Our rental car was a medium size and we barely fit in without hitting the columns.

The 3 rating applies to this visit. This is the third time my wife and I have stayed at this BW. Overall, this was our least comfortable stay. The room air conditioner was very noisy. It should be overhauled or replaced. The bed “creaked”—literally. Something was amiss in the bed frame. It probably needs to be replaced. Finally, our room fronted on W Century Blvd. Our room was one floor up from the pool, which is on the Century side. The traffic and pool noise were troublesome. We will likely stay at this BW in row future, but not if the problems mentioned are not remedied. Overall, we give the hotel a Conditional Thumbs Up.

Near LAX, which is a plus. Hotel and room were clean. Parking spots in the parking garage are very narrow, so make sure you know where your car's corners are. Elevator was indeed slow, but its better than carrying your luggage upstairs. Room was decent, but the biggest deal killer for me is there were no blackout curtains, just the sheer ones. The front desk was able to move me to a room that didnt face the morning sky, and also remarked that one a couple rooms had blackout curtains. Its really hard to wrap my mind around a hotel not having this very basic amenity. Breakfast was pretty good, but was difficult to navigate as they had to cram the food services areas and seating into a limited space - but once you add people its difficult to maneuver. Dont expect to be able to go into the breakfast space after it closes to get water, though. Front desk staff was friendly and helpful. In reality, this place should be 3 1/2 stars, but Tripadvisor doesnt give that option.
