“Great couples getaway”

I booked this hotel for my husband’s 40th birthday trip to see Supercross, mostly for the close proximity to Lucas Oil. (Perfect location). It was one of the best travel decisions I’ve ever made. The room was beautiful and the bed was very comfortable. The amenities felt very luxurious. We had drinks at the bar and breakfast at 8th Notch. All of it was great. Every employee we encountered was friendly but Freddie Mac went above and beyond for us. He knew where we had reservations for dinner and called ahead to make sure the restaurant knew it was my husband’s birthday. He really made us feel special. There is some street construction going on and even though we were on the 12th floor, we could still hear it. It’s not the hotel’s fault and it only happened on the weekdays but the streets also get loud on the weekend nights with nightlife so if you’re a light sleeper, bring a noise machine or ear plugs. If we ever come back to Indy, we will definitely book here again!

In addition to the friendliness of the employees and staff, the front-desk personnel went above and beyond. During a convention I attended, my computer broke. I texted the front desk to see what computer stores were around the area. Not only did the front desk find out that information, but they also did additional research to ascertain whether those stores had a delivery service and whether they could deliver a replacement computer to the front desk while I was attending the conference. When I returned to the hotel after the conference, my replacement computer that I ordered was available for me to pick up at the front desk. Most other places would have just provided a list of stores (assuming they would do that much), but OMNI anticipated my need for delivery service and found out which store would be willing to deliver the computer to the hotel front desk. Indeed, the entire staff, including restaurant, coffee shop, and front-desk and front-door representatives, were amazing. When I return next year, I hope to stay here again.

“Grace and Style in Indianapolis”
Beautifully accommodating in every way. Very elegant and clean. The coffe shop is excellent with the sunrise on Union Station. The staff is friendly, yet very professional. They provide a heated pool and access to Circle Centre Mall also!

Great place. Excellent beds and pillows were near top of list of all time favorite hotel pillows. Love that they provide 2 robes per room Bathroom lighting is WAY too bright. As many other hotels seem to be gravitating towards intense light in bathroom without the ability to dim it…..TERRIBLE! … more

So bright that we ended up leaving light off and using phone light in the bathroom.
