“Highly recommend”
I recently stayed here while visiting family in the area. I was very happy with this hotel. The room and the hotel overall were nice and updated. The staff is friendly and helpful and the breakfast was good. The airport shuttle was easy to use, too. Highly recommend!

“Indianapolis Double Header”
As always, Hyatt delivers, again. There are many things I can count on when I check into any Hyatt property, is a warm greeting, clean and well kept room and common areas and great locations. Hyatt is my first choice when looking for a place to stay for business or pleasure. Keep ups the great work.

“Impressive and comforting.”
Newly remodeled and exceptionally clean. Very roomy with little perks in the room. Walk in shower was extremely nice! Hallway was very clean and updated. Gas station right across the street. Easy access to wherever you want to go. Complimentary breakfast was top notch. Nice lobby area too!

“Gets the job done, nothing spectacular.”
Hotel is a little older and needs some work and repairs done. The common spaces are a little cramped and you can tell it's been renovated based on the odd layout. Rooms are spacious, which is a plus! Location isn't great, not a lot around for food.

“Airport shuttle, light switch woke me up”
12 minute shuttle ride from the airport. Updated room. One elevator is under renovation. We called the hotel when we arrived at baggage claim. They said that the shuttle will arrive in 20 minutes. 12 minute shuttle ride from the airport. Updated room. One elevator is under renovation. We called the hotel when we arrived at baggage claim. They said that the shuttle will arrive in 20 minutes. You pick up the shuttle at te ground transportation center by the rental car desks, you need to go outside and cross the street after baggage claim. Shuttle driver was nice. Check in was fast. We were offered water. There is a small area with snacks for purchase behind the reception. One elevator is not working so you may need to wait a while for the elevator. Our room had 2 beds and a sofa bed. Shower was renovated but water pressure was terrible. There are sensor detected light switches by the sink and in the bathroom, that’s my main complaint about the room. I could not sleep well because every time I moved at night the light over the sink would turn on! What a terrible system! If you stay here, bring tape to block this sensor! Breakfast was the usual egg, potatoes, coffee, cereal, milk. I would have liked the hotel to be closer to the airport, and because of the light switch I could not sleep well.
