“Great Service from Kendra”
Great hotel and staff! Kendra is awesome! I had an issue with my reservation and she promptly fixed it and most likely should be the manger. “Guest experience”
Great hotel. Bryce D was a great valet and very fast and efficient when going to get the car and bringing it back. Cant wait to comeback and visit again nice location and easy to get around town without having to Uber! Will be back soon to visit a colts game

“Tree destroyed my families home.”
I was pleasantly surprised what a fantastic hotel. Breakfast is the morning absolutely amazing fantastic cook. Donald front desk manager such a very nice person. i needed a shower chair i had it in 2 minutes i needed more clean towels 2 minutes. We'll be here 6 to 7 weeks, our home is unlivable du… more
I was pleasantly surprised what a fantastic hotel. Breakfast is the morning absolutely amazing fantastic cook. Donald front desk manager such a very nice person. i needed a shower chair i had it in 2 minutes i needed more clean towels 2 minutes. We'll be here 6 to 7 weeks, our home is unlivable due to act of God a 100' tree. SO Happy to be here i highly highly recommend

“A few issues, no response”
Arrived at our king size room, it was the smallest king size bed ever and not enough room on the side of the bed to walk. Needed to walk sideways, or roll over the bed. Reported to front desk, they said they would send engineering up to look at it, not sure why. Garden view - see pictures. If we kn… more
Arrived at our king size room, it was the smallest king size bed ever and not enough room on the side of the bed to walk. Needed to walk sideways, or roll over the bed. Reported to front desk, they said they would send engineering up to look at it, not sure why. Garden view - see pictures. If we knew this prior to check in, we would have saved a few dollars and opted for a double queen room, probably with the same garden view. The breakfast was consistent each day with the same exact menu, ok since it was included. The front door was broken by the valet on the 2nd day of our stay, not sure how that happen, it was taken off the track, and only one door was operational. Stayed at another Fairfield after we left this property and received a survey immediately following check out, we did not receive a survey for this property, I wonder why?
