Scott is PHENOMENAL! Usually, our family stays at Embassy Suites. However, since our 2 children attend a University in Huntsville, we wanted to visit a hotel that was closeby. “Highly recommend!!”
Staff was extremely pleasant and went above and beyond during our stay! We had an issue with our room, and the staff fixed the problem immediately, and treated us as equals, instead of an inconvenience. Big shout out to Scott for his amazing customer service!!

“Best Western Huntsville”
Clean hotel. Staff very helpful. Would stay again. The location was ideal for us. Breakfast was good and glad we chose this Best Western.

“Damp and Drippy”
The room was VERY damp and uncomfortable. The carpet was wet and the bedding was damp. The shower was clean but had VERY LITTLE water pressure. It was like showering with a kinked water hose. The staff was ok, I was provided a de-humidifier for my second night of my stay.
