“Great customer service”
The front desk staff is so amazing!!! Ms Susie and Mahogany made me feel so welcome and helped my every need while here for business. They are bright individuals and so attentive to our need while we stay at Hilton Houston North! Keep up the great work! We need people like you both in this world.

“Best on-site restaurant service”
I love staying at Hilton Houston North just because the staff working at the on-site restaurant in the morning is AMAZING. Thanks to Eric, Carlos and Anthony for amazing service and making me feel at home every time.**********************

“Great place”
Really had a great stay, all the staff went above and beyond to accommodate us and Susie Butler-Smith really helped us out and made the whole trip go smooth. Can’t thank her enough. The breakfast buffet is awesome too and the staff does a great job of keeping everything very clean.

“Mahogany”
Mahogany at the Front desk was wonderful service . She was very kind a sweet and let me charge my phone while it was dying and i had a drink at the bar. She makes the Front desk amazing. Will be coming back soon to visit her and this hotel. Great service!!
