“Overall great experience”
Great hotel, great location. Perfect for a weekend trip. Valet was on point thanks to Brandon Fox for pulling our car around and loading up our bags! Definitely would recommend to anyone. It was our first time in the area and we will definitely be back!

“Happy with our stay”
The valet- Brandon Fox has the best customer service!! Friendly staff made our stay and smiles go a long way! We love Indigos! This one could use some fresh paint and TLC such as new mattresses and elevator maintenance. But otherwise we had a great stay!

“Valet Help was great”
This review is for Brandon Fox and the other young lady on shift right before his. They are the Valets and are wonderful! They made our trip so much easier without having to deal with the hassle of parking in five points Birmingham. Keep up the amazing work!

“Meh”
I would like to commend Brandon Fox. He was our valet attendant and he was awesome! The hotel was very pretty until you notice that elevator buttons don't work, ice machines don't work, there is no shampoo or body wash AFTER you get into the shower.
