“Happy Staff”
My family and I were very happy with our stay at the Hilton Oakbrook Suites, from the moment we arrived to our departure, I want to thank Rafaela and Anna for their hospitality and service, kudos to the manager because they seemed very happy at work

“What a Treat!”
It’s was a very pleasant experience, the rooms were nice and super comfortable and clean but the staff really hit a home run with the service that they provided, everyone from the restaurant, housekeeping and the lobby, we will be coming back

“Feel like I’m at home”
I am always impressed with someone at this hotel, been staying here for work related reasons and I feel like at home, everyone is attentive and respectful, I appreciate that very much, a lot of hard working people thank you everyone but Rafael’s in particular

“Maya and Rafaela are the Rockstars”
I was very impressed by how the hotel is kept, maybe a few changes with furniture in the room but overall very nice and clean, the staff was incredibly helpful and friendly, Maya and Rafaela were the highlights of my stay, thank you for all you do

“Home away from home”
This Hotel has been a home away from home. I live in texas at the moment. And the Girlfriend is back home in IL. Also, I had a cardiac scare and had to come home for procedures done at Loyola. This is where we stayed after I had my procedures. Great staff and very quiet. The room was perfect. Than… more
