“Bring earplugs.”
The usual Hampton Inn experience, with courteous staff, clean and well maintained rooms, and a solid breakfast. My one complaint concerns the surprising and distressing degree of traffic noise from the nearby road. If you book a room, ask for the rear of the building.

Fitness center is adequate, nothing special. Of 2 cardio options one needed repair (bike missing foot holders). No bench for weight lifting. No healthy milks for coffee.
