Very nice hotel. Love that it has a kitchen and fold out couch with extra linens. Wish the maid service came more than every 4 days. Wish there was a few extras in room like towels, trash bags. Very nice hotel. Love that it has a kitchen and fold out couch with extra linens. Wish the maid service came more than every 4 days. Wish there was a few extras in room like towels, trash bags. Front desk was very nice and helpful. Parking is $20 per night so plan for that and free breakfast runs out very fast so go early! Overall hotel was very clean, nice and just what we needed.

“Convenient and good for the price”

We got a hotel room for the night near LAX since we're leaving in 2 groups EARLY the next day. We got a hotel room for the night near LAX since we're leaving in 2 groups EARLY the next day. The first group just took an Uber to the airport which is only 6 miles away; and my group had to drop off a car. Otherwise, the train stop to get to the airport train stop is only a mile away. However, only take the train route if you have HOURS to kill before your flight time. So the hotel is super convenient. There are 2 other hotel chains next door, and I go shopping at that Costco up the street when I used to live in LA so this is a super safe neighborhood. I am bummed about the fact that I had to skip the free breakfast in order to meet my flight times, as the hotel had a good spread when I passed by it in the morning when I checked out. The front desk at check-in was nice and helpful, but he was busy helping someone else on the phone and I had to wait to get checked in instead of acknowledging me first. The front desk at check-out was not too helpful based on my SO's interaction with the lady. We got a suite with a pull out couch and 2 beds, so it was perfect for our group of 4. There's a kitchenette, and a work desk. There's no view to speak of, but then again, it's an overnight stay. If you have an Elite status, the only thing they can give you is a higher floor, as the rooms are pretty much the same. My only pet peeve, and it's more because I'm an old person is the shampoo bottles' design. My 50-something eyes had a hard time making out which is a shampoo v. which is a shower gel, due to font color and design. Oh, and my elderly group member experienced having to deal with a false alarm event of climbing up and down the stairs 4 floors each way. The room looks clean, very well-appointed, and it's fairly quiet and safe, which is my basic needs when it comes to a hotel room. I will stay there again because of the free breakfast.

“Ok rooms, terrible breakfast service!”

I stayed at this hotel for 2 months for business purposes. Rooms were ok. Kind of old but ok. Some drawers were broken and wouldn’t close. I stayed at this hotel for 2 months for business purposes. Rooms were ok. Kind of old but ok. Some drawers were broken and wouldn’t close. They did leave plenty of towels so that was nice but beware of the breakfast staff. I saw a lot of rudeness from these ladies. My husband and I kept hearing complaints from others guest so we started paying attention. They are not very friendly and treat you Iike everything you do bothers them. Also, do not come down to have breakfast by 8:45am or not only will you get an attitude but they start they packing up to close the place at 8:45am even though breakfast is over at 9am. They start closing one of the doors and putting away certain food items. Super annoying and rude. I witnessed a couple of encounters with other guest who told them off. I myself called Hilton honors since I am Platinum Elite to complain after I finally experienced what other guests kept complaint about. I finally switched to the Hilton Homewood suites next door where it was a 360 degree difference. Jazmin, Noemi and Maria l, the breakfast ladies totally “top notch” service!! Sorry Marriot you are still my go to but this location was a missed opportunity.

“Pool not working ”

The pool is not heated. The pool Is not clean. The hot tub is not heated. Basketball court fence is broken. The hotel provides the basics but the main reason for our stay was to use the pool and hot tub.
