“Front Desk”
I come here once a month consulting for the casino. I would like to recognize April at the front desk. She is always friendly, very fast and efficient. April greats you with a smile and is a very good multitasker. April is in my opinion an awesome asset to the Hampton Inn and Suites.

“Great customer service”
Aaliyah was great! She helped us tremendously when we mistakenly booked the wrong city. She was friendly and did her job well! Great employee, true definition of great customer service. I would definitely come back to this hotel in the future.

“Hampton Inn”
We try to stay at a Hampton Inn whenever we travel. We can count on having a clean room and comfortable bed. Breakfast is always hot and delicious. The hotel was next to the arena and casino but it was very quiet inside. Coffee was available throughout the day.

“Okay hotel.”
The bed was okay but the pillows were comfortable. The room smelled stale or like feet couldn’t tell the difference. It was clean just had a smell. The service was nice. Dodge city was definitely not what I expected. I was rather disappointed in the area.

Room was ok. But bathroom needs updates. See pics for details. Breakfast was typical Hampton. Do like the Hilton app and that you were able to use it to control the TV. Hotel is in a casino area. Not much around it. But the direct area is nice. Lots of parking
