“Best place to stay for a quick trip to Rehoboth”

We have stayed many times over the last year. Breakfast is always full and yummy! The room and pool is always clean! Staff are very attentive to guests! We love staying here! They always remember us! The fish tank in the lobby is amazing too!!!

Our experience at this Hampton Inn was one of the finest in all of our Hampton Inn experiences. The front desk manager, Leslie, was exceptionally welcoming, accommodating and most anxious to make our two-day stay exceptional. The facility was beautifully maintained; each room was clean, well-kept and afforded a restful, quiet visit. The breakfast area was always well-stocked with fresh amenities and food. We highly recommend this site to anyone in the Rehoboth area; your experience will not disappoint! Thank you to everyone there who made our visit enjoyable.

The front desk employees, as well as maid service were very professional, quick and efficient. The rooms were quite clean as well as the lobby and hallways. Parking was no problem at all. The front desk employees, as well as maid service were very professional, quick and efficient. The rooms were quite clean as well as the lobby and hallways. Parking was no problem at all. They had a nice Selection at the breakfast buffet. Check-in was very quick and easy. The air conditioning worked well, the beds were comfortable. The indoor pool was empty, However, the water was cold, but again very clean overall. Would definitely recommend this hotel, great location, decent price compared to other hotels in the area. I enjoyed my stay.

“Hotel is slipping from past excellent experiences”

I spend 90+ nights per year in just Hilton brands alone and travel to Rehoboth regularly. I'm middle aged and not high maintenance. Additionally due to my industry/company, I was required to travel during the entire COVID nightmare. I totally understand the challenges and changes the pandemic brought to hotels and have a great deal of respect for the hospitality industry as a whole. My issues at this Hampton Inn is basically based around staff short comings. My major issues: Lady at check-in was not friendly. It was a Sunday at 2:30pm and the room I selected via the app was not cleaned/ready. I asked why the maids made up rooms with no occupancy instead of the rooms that were checked in via the app and got my reply? 3 out of the 7 mornings at 8:00am, breakfast was missing/out of scabbled eggs. I watched two people walk across the highway and enter the hotel from the side door to eat their fill of the complimentary breakfast? Maids never replaced hair conditioner or lotion. My room and I'm assuming all rooms are missing ottomans. Checkout was a different lady. She never asked me about my stay of thanked me. At an average of $130.00 (including tax) per night; expensive for such a dismal Hampton Inn experience.
