I was wondering why this basic looking motel was rated 3 stars, when most similar looking motels are rated a 2. And then it struck me that unlike most of the reviews I write, I didn't have a single serious suggestion for improvement. Our stay at this hotel provided all that we wanted. A clean room, comfortable beds, a power block on the desk, decent internet Wi Fi, good bedding and towels, good locks, quiet at night, convenient parking, a good breakfast, nice staff, and even a nightlight in the bathroom. The only inconvenience was due to the CrowdStrike Security update that negatively affected so many Windows computers. That made multiple room keys unavailable until an update patch was available. But since that issue affected millions of businesses, I say that the staff at the Hampton Inn worked around this problem well. We'd return and stay here again.

This is the best hotel we ever stayed at. Vivian and Emma , the breakfast host, were awesome. They go out of their way to make your experience very enjoyable. Even when it’s late, they make sure you have food to eat. They made a lasting impression on my entire family. Vivian went out of her way to make us feel at home. I felt like I was at my mamaw’s dinner table with endless bacon and taters. The front desk staff went out of their way to welcome us . Nicest people I have ever met. Overall great experience and will definitely be back .

“Good place to stay”

This hotel is dated, but it was incredibly clean. The pool area was clean and well maintained. We enjoyed the hot breakfast and service was wonderful. Convenient location right off I90 and plenty of parking. Staff was helpful and gave us a pull out bed for our grandson.

“Dissapointing”

This was a quick stop that we made for the night. We chose it because we find Hampton Inn's to be reliable for a great stay. This one was the exception. This was a quick stop that we made for the night. We chose it because we find Hampton Inn's to be reliable for a great stay. This one was the exception. When we got there, the clerk informed us upfront that the elevator was not working, which I appreciated. We only had a small overnight bag so, no problem. However... We couldn't get the shower hot. We informed the front desk and no action was taken and no apology or compensation was offered. My wife also has a gluten allergy and the breakfast staff had ZERO knowledge of allergen information for any of the food (there could be a reaction to such things as seasonings or anything where they add wheat, not just the obvious bread products.) Dissapointting to say the least, especially considering the franchise brand.
