“Serious lapse in quality control”
Compared to most Hampton Inns, this one had some problems in the bathroom: 1) No bar soap in the room, 2) The shower gel had about 1 ounce left in the bottle, 3) No toilet paper holder (the one partial roll was sitting on the back of the toilet). “Mediocre at best”
Hotel just wasn’t very well managed. Breakfast items were refreshed when gone, didn’t refill my soap when asked, many times difficult finding someone at front desk. Just did not meet the standard of a typical Hampton Inn, unless they’re all going down hill.
