Upon driving up to the property I noticed the remodeling outside of the hotel. I decided to go inside the hotel in spite of. Then I also noticed the remodeling inside the hotel. It was SO late at nite so i told Robin at front desk check in that i may stay 1 nite only in spite of my 7 day reservation. I asked her about the flexibility of my 7 day reservation. Robin told me, 'we are as flexible as you need us to be". When i heard this amazing superb customer service focused on my travel needs. I knew this was going to be a good night stay. I then asked if breakfast was available, i was told it was. I checked in and as i walked down the hallway i noticed the carpets have not been vacuumed due to all the remodeling. I decided then i would only be staying 1 nite. However, in the morning after my 1st nite of quiet peaceful sleep in a new bed, new furniture and clean sheets and a clean shower. I decided to give the hotel 1 more nite. I checked out the Breakfast which was very simple, waffle batter was great quality so the waffles tasted really good. The milk was fresh and the bread for the toast was good too. Coffee was available so was orange juice, apple juice. Robin greeted me in the morning and asked how everything was and if i needed anything just to ask and they would do their best to take care of me during my stay. I was astound at the steadfast focused on providing great customer service and a comfortable stay for me as a guest. I asked what the check out time was, me thinking I would check out after my 2nd nite but NO.....the Great customer service and great attitude from Robin and all the staff was above and beyond 5 Star Rating, that of a high end hotel. All the staff were very helpful attentive and watchful during my stay. I felt safe, comfortable and received a much needed peaceful sleep every nite which is the MAIN REASON for a hotel stay. Even though the remodeling was not complete, and not all the breakfast items were available yet. I will still give this hotel a 5 STAR RATING FOR THE ABOVE AND BEYOND GREAT SUPERB CUSTOMER SERVICE. I TRULY ENJOYED MY 7 DAY STAY, YES I ENDED UP STAYING THE ENTIRE 7 DAYS OF BLISSFUL SWEET PEACEFUL SLEEP and DELICIOUS HOT WAFFLES every morning. I can't wait to return again to visit my family in Greensboro and stay at this BAYMONT by WYNDHAM. I trust the remodeling will be completed and I will experience an even more PROFOUND STAY. “BEST STAY inspite of renovations!!!”

After experiencing the worst customer service and attitude at LaQuinta Inn & Suites in Greensboro, NC, I canceled this 7 day reservation and made a new hotel 7 day reservation online at the Baymont by Wyndham. Upon driving up to the property I noticed the remodeling outside of the hotel. I decided to go inside the hotel in spite of. Then I also noticed the remodeling inside the hotel. Robin told me, 'we are as flexible as you need us to be". When i heard this amazing superb customer service focused on my travel needs. I knew this was going to be a good night stay. “Hotel stay”

Average hotel under renovation at the time. Working staff at the front desk was respectful and considerate, because of them I would recommend to a friend.
