“Staff sucks but hotel is great”
The hotel is in a great location, I will give them that. However, they state they will take you in their shuttle within a 5 mile radius, but taking you anywhere other than the airport is not a priority for them. The hotel is in a great location, I will give them that. However, they state they will take you in their shuttle within a 5 mile radius, but taking you anywhere other than the airport is not a priority for them. The staff stated that they could take me to a location at a certain time, I went downstairs and they said they couldn’t do it. So I ended up having to take a rideshare service that cost me unnecessary money. The staff were incredibly rude every time I went down there and asked for something. I lost an item and they made me pay $30 to have it shipped back to me instead of me providing them my own label. There’s a blonde girl at the front desk who just seemed like she hated her job and was constantly irritated. The breakfast was basic crap. Nothing special. Go to Waffle House instead. And not having the pool open when it’s 80° outside is a huge bummer

“Good hotel, great head staff but horrible parking arrangements!”
We came to stay with our family for our annual Christmas trip to Grapevine. The room was not what we wanted to begin with but after speaking with the young lady at the desk she upgraded us to a 2 bedroom suite ( I wish I remembered her name because she was great). We came to stay with our family for our annual Christmas trip to Grapevine. The room was not what we wanted to begin with but after speaking with the young lady at the desk she upgraded us to a 2 bedroom suite ( I wish I remembered her name because she was great). The breakfast attendant (Maria) was awfully rude demanding our room number to eat the free breakfast. We spoke with the food manager Jody and he was amazing and understanding. He made things right and was very greatful for the information. All in all the head staff was great and very accommodating. The parking though is horrible, with three hotels on the property they need more spaces. We ended up parking in the grass along the side of the building.
