Just had an issue with the air conditioner but mostly house keeping. They did however eventually move us to a different room late in the evening. Our room was never very well stocked with just the basics. I had to call down a couple of times. They did however compensate me for these issues. Please don’t get me wrong our room itself was clean We actually love this hotel for the location and the breakfast and the kickback is fine even though I wish they would bring back the better options of snacks they had before Covid. The rest of the hotel is very clean. I have stayed here several times over the years and the staff before were not very friendly and just didn’t seem to care. I didn’t find that to be true this time. It appears or at least to me that most of the staff is new . I don’t remember seeing any of the staff before. They were kind and helpful and really seemed to care. I only remember one persons name and the was Kathleen. She was so nice and helpful and patient. Everyone at the front desk was and I’m sorry I didn’t get all their names. I will definitely return and I would definitely recommend this hotel.

“Another wonderful Embassy Suites”

Another wonderful Embassy Suites hotel through the Hilton brand… This hotel has everything you’ve come to expect from the Hilton brand however do remember you’re in Texas, and sometimes creepy crawlies like scorpions and cockroaches find their way inside it’s unavoidable… It’s Texas

“Comfortable and Convenient”

An extremely convenient location near DFW Airport for late arrivals or early departures. Morning breakfast and afternoon reception are good, with a variety of items, but little change of the menu from day to day. Rooms are comfortable, but water pressure was weak, at least on my high floor.

We stayed at this property for 3 nights while I attended a meeting nearby. Our room was ready when we checked in and the desk staff were very nice. The location is convenient to the airport and nearby attractions/restaurants. It's about 30 minutes to downtown Dallas. The property is one of the nicer Embassy Suites that we've stayed in during the past few years. It's modern and the rooms are clean and comfortable. Breakfast service was very good. The fitness center was adequate but some of the TVs on the equipment didn't work. The only problem we encountered was with housekeeping. Daily service was supposed to be provided. On our first morning, we left shortly after 10 am and a housekeeper watched us leave. We were gone all day. When we returned, our room had not been serviced. I complained to the front desk but it was too late to correct it.....they provided some fresh towels and assured me that the room would be serviced the next day. As my wife was leaving the second day, she asked a housekeeper to verify that our room would be cleaned. She was told that we weren't on the list. She requested service that was subsequently provided. This should be an easy issue to fix with some closer supervision. Despite the housekeeping issue, we would certainly return.

We were at this property for one night. We were there early as we didn’t really have a choice. Asked about getting a room if available. We were told that they had rooms. But there would be an early check in charge of 50.00. I said, no way. I’m in the Hilton rewards program. We will just go try to find something to do and come back. She said that if we come back in a hour, we could get a room without an early check in charge. So with this being my first contact at this property, It wasn’t starting off on a good note. Then later after checking in, we ran an errand. Parked. Seen all the cars had parking cards on there windshield mirrors. We went in and I asked if I was suppose to have one on my car. She said yes, didn’t you get one? No I didn’t. We did have dinner and a drink in the restaurant/bar. Our server was very polite and good. Food was very good. When leaving, there was the social time going on. Decided to get my wife and I a glass of wine. Waited prolly 10 minutes in line. Got two tiny plastic cups with about 2 shots of wine in them. Definitely a waste of time. But the bartender was very nice and polite. She can only do what she has to work with and told to do. And when checking out, the girl that checked us out was super cool and polite. Didn’t get her name, but used to live in Hawaii. And we had just got back from there. As far as the hotel goes. It’s an average Embassy. Needs some TLC in areas. Nothing to bring us back again for that much per night. When wanting to stay in this immediate area again, will prolly stay somewhere else. There’s ALOT of choices in that area.
