“Excellent staff and a great property”

This is a great property to stay. The staff greets you and thanks you for your loyalty before checking you in. The rooms are very clean and they smell great. I could do work in the room. Breakfast was great, as usual. The gym was clean and all the machines were functional. It is very convenient to the airport. I saw the airport shuttle but didn't have to use it. Maybe another time. Overall a great place to stay.

“Great version of embassy suites”
Maybe my favorite embassy suites of all time and it’s one of my favorite brands. Nice big hotel with lots of communal space. Rooms were big and in good shape. Gym was nice, Breakfast was really good. “Great Location, Amenities and Service”

We stopped at this hotel on our way back from a road trip to Colorado and were pleasantly surprised! Our room was quiet and comfy, the lobby spacious, the staff helpful, and parking plentiful. The BEST part was the restaurant/bar where we sat 2 nights watching the baseball playoffs. Our waitress—Angela????—was a sweetheart and went out of her way to serve us and change the TV channel. This is fairly close to Gaylord Main Street. I highly recommend this hotel if coming to Dallas/Grapevine.

Had a very nice stay here for 4 nights. In particular Angelina in the bar is top of her game, she remembers you and what you drank two nights ago. She takes a real interest in you as a customer. All the food from breakfast to evening meals was very tasty and fresh. The room was comfortable and clean and super spacious. The pool was great as was the outdoor patio area. In general staff couldn’t do enough for you, with one exception; the shuttle driver. He was sadly verging on just plain rude. He sadly lets the team down. I’d stay here again and would recommend If you need somewhere close to the airport and within easy reach of the city centre.
