“Baymont hotel Grand Rapids airport”
The front desk was very accommodating ,I had to measure something for something I was doing and I had forgotten my tape measure or ruler where the hote.was . l didn't have it with me they loaned me a measure and they were very happy about it . “Comfortiable but could could be better.”
The hotel was not the cleanest. Some of the furniture it the room was dirty and stained. The beds were comfortable. There was no water available except for sale. The shuttle to airport was $15 so not free. The carpeting in the room looked new but it looks poked low me it needed to be vacuumed. The … more

“Unexpected plans”
We booked this specific room because the website showed a hot tub in the king sized room. Unfortunately we showed up and there was no hot tub in the room. The free breakfast was super nice though. The bed was comfortable. The staff were as accommodating as possible.

“The dryer burnt our load of laundry”
We recently stayed at the Baymont and it was ok except for the laundry facility burnt our load of laundry. It should be replaced asap or a fire will start.
