“Yavapai Lodge at the Grand Canyon was perfect for us”
Perfect accommodations for our one night stay at the Grand Canyon. Very quiet and close to dining and grocery. While not as close as some of the lodging in the Village, we still had easy access to the south rim trail and could get to a number of the good hikes from our lodge. This was important to … more

Rooms are spacious and comfortable. Heating/cooling is straightforward and easy to operate. Windows can be opened to let pine scented air into your room! The Yavapai Lodge was a great accommodation to hike, trek and visit the Grand Canyon. They are within walking/shuttle distance of the South Rim trails, restaurants and shops. Great place! Can't beat the location! Staff could use more training. But I believe they are contract workers living on site for 6 to 12 months. They have to deal with millions of people.
