“Old and tired”

The hotel is in a very nice/safe neighborhood. The highlight of this property is their pool. It was large and well maintained. However, it lacked enough chairs and towels were rarely replenished. Yes, guests at Doubletree By Hilton Hotel Phoenix - Gilbert have highlighted that: The hotel is in a very nice/safe neighborhood. The highlight of this property is their pool. It was large and well maintained. However, it lacked enough chairs and towels were rarely replenished. Furnishings are very dated and worn. The real downside to this hotel is housekeeping. We had requested a daily room cleaning. Out of 5 nights our beds were made once and towels were replaced twice. We asked every morning to please have service. No luck. I consider Doubletree to be a nicer Hilton brand, but this one missed the mark.
