“Best Hotel around!”
I love this hotel. First let's start with Ronnie at the front. I had called ahead to ask questions before my booking. He was fabulous! I learned about the trolley, the restaurant, the grounds, and he was very informative about the increased wildlife around the area and how to protect our vehicle ... more

“Anniversary trip”
Great hotel, beautiful views. The employees made it great. Ronnie at the front desk was so kind. He really went the extra mile and helped make our trip special. With so many choices in the area, Ronnie makes the choice clear for us. We will be returning to Park Vista.

“Great hotel and staff”
Great hotel! Close to Great Smoky Mountains National park and has an excellent view of the town of Gatlinburg. Ronnie at front desk was very friendly and helpful, he went the extra mile to help all the guests. We stayed there twice and will stay again if we are back in town.

“Great views and great service”
I stay in a lot of hotels throughout the year and never have I seen anyone go above and beyond like Ronnie at the service desk.
