“Clean, comfortable and quiet”
Was there for 3 nights for a sisters getaway, I have no complaints, the beds were comfortable, our rooms were cleaned every day, spotless, would definitely consider coming back, within walking distance to a lot of attractions. Didn’t see any bears but heard of them in the parking lot

Efficient check in, large clean room. About a ten-minute walk to center of Gatlinburg. Room had a nice balcony overlooking the river. Good parking options. “Gatlinburg river-a wonderful family time”
We loved the jacuzzi and beautiful view from our own balcony!!!! Stayed for a couple of days, room was nice & clean with a small balcony overlooking the river. Breakfast area was far too small so no seats available.
