“Great room! Outstanding personal!!”
The room was clean and ice cold (like us old girls love. Service staff was polite and attentive to our requests. Front desk was personal had smiles and very welcoming. I have told my family and friends that if you go to Gatlinburg, get a room there.

“Good stay”
It was well balanced hotel to stay and do lot of site seeing. Very close to everything which is great. Backside is small waterbody looks awesome. One star less as it could have better rooms for family. For couples its perfect one. Since its road side whole night lot of noise.

“Just ok accommodation”
Old crappy elevator lack of adequate safe parking area. Difficult to enter the premises due to constant high traffic. Rooms were clean but bathrooms were a bit awkward and super tiny. “Great location, poor service”
My stay started on a bad note as the lady downstairs at check in rolled her eyes and sighed because I couldn't understand what she was saying in her broken English.
